“Living in Michigan, I began my search for a gown closer to home, and I ended up being extremely disappointed in the customer service everywhere I went. I decided to travel to Chicago to continue my search and I actually found much of the same thing…poor customer service, that is until I walked in the door at Belle Vie. From the moment I walked in the door at Belle Vie, there was a remarkable difference – Not only are all the gowns already out on the floor for you to view…and also the most gorgeous couture gowns you can possibly find…but you will also find the most amazing group of women there to assist and support you from the moment you arrive…right up to your wedding day. All the ladies at Belle Vie were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and so kind! They made me feel so special…just like a bride should feel! The customer service at Belle Vie does not even compare to any of the other boutiques I visited, both in Michigan and Chicago. My experience at Belle Vie was absolutely top notch; my gown was so perfect… everything I dreamed it would be, and even though my bridesmaids were difficult to fit, the staff at Belle Vie helped me find the perfect dress for them and they looked amazing! I cannot thank everyone at Belle Vie enough for everything you did to make my engagement and wedding even more wonderful than I ever imagined! Thank you all so much!!!”
